The Coatly Experience

We put a special emphasis on our personalized bath experience. You select the shampoo, conditioner, finishing scent, and bandana for your dog— a truly scent-sational journey, if you will. In each choice, you’re in control, because you make the best decisions for your dog.

We do our best to provide a stress free experience for you and your pup

All of our team is trained in identifying and minimizing potential stressors for dogs – noises, smells, other dogs.

Additionally, we provide lick pads for every dog (upon request) during the bath and groom services. This gives them something fun and tasty to gobble up while distracting and relaxing them during the services.

Bath & Brush

Our signature service and where the coat journey truly starts. You choose your pup’s experience by selecting one of our premium shampoos, premium conditioners, finishing scents, and bandanas.

Our specially trained Coat Techs then provide a calming, massaging experience for your pup. During our deep scrub of the coat and skin, we check specific skin irritation areas (arm pits; paw pads; back of neck) to identify any hot spots or dry skin patches.

Once the bath is complete, your pup continues their coat care journey to our blow and brush out. During this this stop, we ensure the coat is able to breathe and that the coat maintains its volume. Proper brushing after a bath is essential in preventing matting and leaving the coat feeling light and airy.

Add Ons

Trio Trim

Sometimes referred to as a mini-groom, the Trio Trim is a great complement to our Bath & Brush experience. This treatment reduces excess coat around the eyes, paws, and sanitary areas (our nice way of saying butt and crotch!). It’s a great service to remove the excess fur that can lead to muddy footprints or staining around the sanitary area.

Pampered Paws

Our most popular add on, it includes a nail clip, nail shaping, and paw/pad recovery balm.

Shed Treatment

Specialized brush out to significantly reduce excess, loose hair to keep the coat light and airy. Great for double-coated dogs or parents who dislike excess shedding around the house.

Pampered Pooch

Nail trim, nail grind, glands, pad/paw rescue, and ears.

Full Groom

Completed by our Coat Pros, our Full Groom includes everything your pup will need: The complete Bath & Brush experience, a complete trim to customer specifications, and all Essentials (as needed). Your pup will thank you after they have “shed” some hair weight.

If you want your pup to experience feeling lighter and less itchy, our Shed Treatment is just what you need. Utilizing specialty shampoos and conditioners with a more focused brush-out, our Coat Techs will reduce the amount of hair around your house and reduce some weight your dog is carrying around.

Real Fruit Facial:

Not only fun for your pup, our fresh facials help remove tear stains, clean the fur, and condition the face. Can aide in reducing dandruff and itching skin.

Lick Pad:

When you want to make their experience all the more tasty and relaxing. Lick pad with peanut butter provided during the bath.

Pampered Paws:
