Vaccine Requirements
Safety is a top priority - for our pups, team, and customers. Therefore, we require updated Rabies vaccination records prior to arrival.
Wellbeing of Pups
We do our best to provide a stress free experience for you and your pup. All of our team is trained in identifying and minimizing potential stressors for dogs - noises, smells, other dogs. Additionally, we provide lick pads for every dog (upon request) during the bath and groom services. This gives them something fun and tasty to gobble up while distracting and relaxing them during the services.
Products Used
We strongly believe in the quality of our services provided and that extends to the products we use. All of our shampoos, conditioners, and wash products are made in the USA, cruelty free developed, and designated USDA Certified Organic.
Pick-Up Time
We strongly encourage our customers to pick up their pup within 1 hour of being notified by our team that the service is complete. We have limited space and caring for doggies all day is not our specialty!
Booking Same Groomer
We prefer that your pup is cared for by the same groomer each visit. To ensure this, you can choose the groomer of your choice when making your appointment reservations. The easiest way to do this is book follow-up appointments at check-out.
Advance Booking
We strongly encourage booking an appointment. We are happy to take walk-ins when we have availability, however we do get busy and staff according to reservation volume. For Nail service, no advance booking is necessary.
Groom Prices
Pricing depends on the size of the dog, length of coat, condition of coat, and temperament of your pup. We have simplified our pricing as much as possible and our team works from a proprietary pricing grid. We are happy to provide a cost range over the phone and at drop-off, while final pricing will be determined by the groomer upon completion.
Timing
The time that your dog is in our care will vary by breed, coat, and service. We will provide an expected range at drop-off and we strive to have the service take no longer than 4 hours. We will communicate with you throughout the process so that you can better plan your day. For Nail service, we can complete this service in less than 10 minutes (no appointment necessary).
Drying
We will tailor the drying process to your pup based on their age, temperament, hair type, and breed. Most pups will receive a quick air dry immediately after the bath, followed by a thorough towel dry, and completed with a fan dry.
Kennels
We do not offer daycare services, therefore all pups remain in our top-of-line kennels until pick-up. We will provide water and our team performs extensive, safety checks.
